FULL REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS CONTACTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE

• All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition (HANG TAGS / BAGGING INCLUDED) with original or re-printed receipt / packing slip included.

• Shoes being returned/exchanged must be sent back in the original undamaged shoe box including wrapping paper, cardboard inserts, and hang tags. They must be free of any scuffs or dirt.

• ALL SALE OUTLET ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

• WE DO NOT REIMBURSE SHIPPING COSTS.

• WE ONLY PROCESS ORDERS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

• All returns or exchanges that are accepted will be sent store credit, product exchange, OR refund to original form of payment. (If you have contacted Customer Support within 10 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE)

• When filling out your request, please note why you are returning/exchanging the item and attach any photo documentation you have if need be. 

• Please allow up to 10 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our facility, you will receive an email when the exchange is processed.

• International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
